Our aim is to support poorer local communities and to generate an extra income for those who need it most. So no matter which program you choose, by participating in Experience India’s programs, you actually help to create a living for those who need it and contribute to the well-being of local Indian communities.
We believe that giving people jobs and fair salaries is more beneficial for a community than charity. It allows those in need to maintain their dignity instead of turning into beggars. More obvious in our volunteer program, but also in our other programs, we seek to support those who are out of work, are desperate for an extra income to feed their families, or need a boost for their community. May it be the cook, the instructors who teach your classes, or the family you might be staying with, we make sure that your money goes to where it is needed most.

Mission Statement

We believe that peace can be enhanced in this world by bringing participants from abroad to India and by encouraging them to get involved on a personal level with local communities.
In many cases human beings only value what they know. By reducing ignorance of each other and each other’s cultures, both the participant from abroad and the local community have the opportunity to widen their scope of the world and to make the world a better place by developing understanding and respect for each other.
